Cortland State

Cortland State is continuing its rise in the NCGA East. Finishing one spot shy of qualifying to NCGA championships, moving up one placement from last year. The team finished with a record of 5-8 during the regular season and remained in the middle of the pack in the conference. In 2017, Cortland State had five individual qualifiers to nationals, with the highest finisher being Bailey Gildemeyer, who placed No. 17 on beam. Coached by Gary Babjack, Cortland State will be led by rising seniors Bailey Gildemeyer, McKenna Passalacqua and Ariana Turso in the 2017-2018 season. Additionally, expect continued contributions from rising juniors Rachel Filipski and Lily Szafranski.
