The Flashes have qualified to NCAA regionals as a team 26 times since 1984 and made their only appearance at the NCAA National Championships as a team in 2011. The program has won a total of 12 MAC Conference title. Former successful Flashes include Shelly Stambaugh, Michelle Naessig and Marie Case.
